Rao Jodha Desert Rock Park is a nature park located near Mehrangarh Fort in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. The park spreads across rocky land at the base of the fort and was created to restore the natural desert ecosystem of the area.

The park was opened in 2006 by the Mehrangarh Museum Trust. Before restoration the land had become overgrown with invasive plant species. The project removed these plants and reintroduced native desert vegetation.

Today the park protects many types of desert plants, birds, and small animals. Walking trails allow visitors to see the rocky landscape and learn about plants that grow naturally in the Thar Desert region.

The park also offers great views of Mehrangarh Fort rising above the hills.

About Rao Jodha Desert Rock Park

Rao Jodha Desert Rock Park was created to restore the original desert environment around the hill where Mehrangarh Fort stands.
